My Order Is Not Processing Properly?
The most probable cause is that the information entered into the "Billing Information" fields do not match the card issuer's billing information. Review this first. If your order is still not going through properly, then you can consult these simple four steps to try to rectify the problem.
- If you're still having problems, then I need you to check that billing information one more time. Correct spelling and capitalization matter!
- You may have moved within the last six months. If you did, that's okay! It may solve your problem, because your last billing address may still be in your card issuer's database! Try that old address!
- It may come down to using a different credit or debit card. Our system may be rejecting you for an unknown reason.

I want to order a shirt from you, but I don't have access to a credit card. Is there any way I can still order?
We most certainly accept money orders as a payment option, but you'll have to follow these instructions in order to pay with that method.
- You need to firstly figure out what you want to buy with your money order, right? We need to know what shirts you want, what style of shirts, what shirt colors, and what sizes of shirts. Email us by CLICKING HERE and telling us that information we need as well as your desire to pay through the mail.
- We will very promptly send you a return email to give you a complete total on your shirt order that will also include your shipping charge in addition to the address you should be sending your payment to.
- Print off the invoice, put it in an envelope with your money order, address the envelope with the address we provided you, and drop the envelope in the mail. When we get your mail, we'll ship your shirts! So easy!

That would be no problem at all. If you want the shirt designs placed on the back, please proceed with your order as normal. When it comes time for you to enter any special comments, merely say that you want your shirt designs placed on the back of the shirts. We'll do this for you at no extra charge.

You can expect shipments to go out within 24 hours of paying for your shirts. Your order will be moved through our system during regular business hours. Those hours are 7 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon, central standard time and excludes all USPS recognized holidays. Your order will ship the day after processing. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday then it will be processed the very next day and shipped out of our doors the day after that. We nearly always have what you want to buy on hand and ready to make and then go out the door with the postal service. If we are out of stock on an item, it will be back ordered and will ship as soon as we have replaced our inventory. This usually only takes a couple of days, so your order will still arrive very quickly...just not AS quickly.
We have three shipping options available to you, so be sure to click on the option that best suits you if your need your shirts even faster than our already-fast shipping if you need them by a certain date.
If you are a resident of the U.S.A., then you can pick from three different shipping options that we've made available.
- Our Standard Shipping is still very fast, taking only 3 to 8 business days for you to get your package.
- Expedited Shipments are for those people who are in a real hurry to get their order in the mail, and you can reasonably expect delivery somewhere between TWO and THREE business days.
- If you need your order extremely fast, we can make that happen for you with our Express Shipping, which will get your package to you in only 1-2 business days.

, packages that are shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent using Priority Mail and can be expected to get to you in 5 to 10 business days. These approximated shipping times do not include certain considerations for out-of-stock items and processing times. Residents of the Hawaiian Isles, Alaska, PO BOXES, and International Orders do not receive tracking numbers.
Our International friends from the nations of Denmark, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Great Britain, Canada, North Ireland, and Sweden are welcome to order using our International Shipping option. When shipping Internationally, patience is necessary as it may take upwards of eight full weeks for your order to be delivered. When ordering during the Holidays, this is especially true. Please, please, please refrain from contacting us after your order has been only a week out of our doors, as this is far to soon to expect an International delivery. If you want tracking information, we are sorry to say that we cannot of International Tracking at this time.
We are required by law to declare the complete value and contents of your International Order, even if your package is declared a "gift." We will not take responsibility for any additional charges tacked on by Customs, so please take note of this responsibility when ordering.
